Refund Policy

Due to the nature of Funsupp products — which are personal health and wellness suppositories — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Eligible for a full refund:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Orders that are lost in transit
  • Items sent in error (wrong product)

Not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Dissatisfaction with results, as individual experiences may vary

To request a refund, contact us at info@funsupp.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue where applicable. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
